Although staff was nice, Service was very slow for 2/3 full restaurant at lunch time. Food prep took long time. Order not correct. Asked for mayo on sandwich, wasn't any on it. Slow to receive napkins, cutlery, water on table. Probably needed more help. Disappointed experience.

I had such high hopes for this place.. was greeted right away and seated right away which was nice. But after that it went all downhill from there came on a Saturday and it was only two waitress and one was the bartender which is the one who took our order after waiting like 30 min. Food came out after waiting another 30min only to be dry and over salted. But to top it all off when we got the bill it was a $16.99 gratuity charge added. Which blew my mind. Like HUH? For a party of two.. Never coming back. The waitress was nice thats why I rated it a 2.
