FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size, age, and type of property. Every inspection includes thermal imaging and the InterNACHI Buy-Back Guarantee at no extra cost. Add-on services like radon, mold, or water testing are available for an additional fee. We also offer a 5% discount for cash payments, and package pricing if you schedule multiple inspections. There are no hidden fees — you’ll always know the full cost before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by confirming the property details (location, size, and age) and answering any questions about the inspection. Once we schedule a time, I send over our inspection agreement online for review and signature. On inspection day, I encourage clients to walk through the property with me so I can explain what I’m seeing in real time. Within 24 hours (often the same day), you’ll receive a clear, photo-rich report. After delivery, I make myself available to review the findings with you and your realtor, so you feel confident in your next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified professional inspector through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), which is the world’s leading inspection association. I complete ongoing continuing education to stay current with building systems, safety standards, and best practices. In addition, I bring hands-on experience from the construction and insurance industries, giving me a well-rounded eye for identifying potential issues that impact both the safety and value of a home.
