I contacted KW late last fall for a fall a fall cleanup - long after our primary landscape svc was closed for the season. He responded quickly and came right out and handled the job. He even followed up with me once he saw that we'd missed the deadline for yard waste removal and came back to dispose of the leaves. I was very impressed with his professionalism and plan to use them for our lawn svcs moving forward.
