- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will accommodate a fair market budget but quality and fresh is what we stand behind. Having the cheapest price doesn't always provide good quality nor a great experience. Our returning clients are eligible for a discount. We also recognize clients that give referrals so please let us know who recommended you so that we can acknowledge you both!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a good introduction. Which provides a connection for obtaining event details, client/vendor thoughts, feedback & budget. We follow up to provide menu choices & options. For larger catering events we sometime have personal meetings to assure timing, planning, & company information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a LMSW, with emphasis in Pre-Law, HRIS, Business, Early Childhood, & Culinary studies.
