Very unprofessional! Most communication was through text. Their pricing with a 26' truck was in line with larger moving companies with a 53' truck. I explained this to them by text. A little while later (almost 9 PM), a different number texted me about moving. I explained my reasoning again. Then they called me. I explained for a 3rd time and asked to left alone. I had to block the number and they called 3 more times. About 5 minutes later I received a text from yet a 3rd number with a voice transcript saying that I was rude and something else but I stopped listening. Very unprofessional!

We are a professional moving company. At around 5:30pm, I only called as a courtesy follow up. I left you a voicemail and text message. You texted back and told me to stop. I reminded you that this is a moving company, then you proceeded to tell me about our price. We’re charged for these leads, so I did everything on our end to reach back out to you. You’re moving to Maryland and we gave you our price, no comparison to another company pricing. Best wishes!
