Ruth is amazing! I am so glad that I hired her to be my personal trainer. She really knows her stuff. It's only been 2 weeks and 2 days since we started and I've already lost 7 lbs. She keeps workouts exciting by constantly introducing new, effective exercises. I felt very comfortable with her from day one. She's very sweet, funny, caring, and understanding. She really cares about her clients and will go out of her way to meet you at a location that is convenient to you. I look forward to my workouts with Ruth and I'm so excited to see my future results. 5 years ago, weighing in at 378lbs, and a lack of motivation/ determination to do anything I decided to take my life back. The one constant thing in all this has been my personal trainer/ life coach Pete Haugabook. His unique meal plans, unmatched knowledge to weight lifting/ nutrition, and his ability to motivate makes him the best at what he does. To me, hes not a trainer, hes a friend. His meal plans wont break the bank, and are extremely manageable. With his help, I have lost over 100lbs and have made fitness not only a routine, but a way of life.. Pete literally saved my life, and for that, I will always be grateful!
Kallie is the perfect coach! She helped me so much in loosing weight, getting more flexible and solve my back pain problems. She has very good knowledge of nutrition and her techniques are based on yoga and ayurveda which works amazing! I really recommend her to anybody. She has adapted methods to work with all ages, all body types, and always with the smile :)

And I’ve lost weight and gained some muscle, he has pushed me to see my full ability in what I can do in the gym and outside of the gym with encouraging words. Shannon is by far, the best trainer I've ever had. I've participated in many kickboxing classes led by her as well as personal training sessions. Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, Shannon is encouraging, accommodating, and always professional. She truly loves what she does, which makes me love it, too. I've definitely become a happier, healthier person since I've met her.
Mr. Paul Barr was my high school cross country coach for the past two years. At every practice he was always early. He taught the team how respect themselves as athletes and respect their bodies. He is beyond reliable and is well informed about physical and mental health. He saw potential in everyone, and made sure to highlight their skills in order for them to be their best. Paul is a great mentor and friend. He is willing to do anything to make sure you are able to give your all. I was considering running for university, and he was there for me. He believed that I could do it; he took time out of his personal life to make a running schedule and to coach me. He never once told me that I was incapable of doing anything. Paul is an all around great person; he is beyond reliable and responsible, he is organized, and he is willing to give 110% percent to ensure that you are physically and mentally healthy.
Mary is a fantastic trainer. She pushes her clients in ways that work for them. Each client is an individual. I love being able to go to her home for personal training. It's so much better than a gym. I would recommend Mary to anyone looking for a truly personal training experience.
I like to workout pretty early in the morning, between 5 and 6am. When Connie was my personal trainer, she was always accomodating to my schedule and she made working out fun and challenging. I also took her Kickboxing class, she is a great teacher!

I've been working with Tyrone for a little over a month now and this has been hands down the best experinace I've had with a personal trainer.. and that says a lot being this is only online training. I've paid triple the amount for in-person training and didn't learn half as much! Tyrone wakes me up with inspirational quotes and motivational words and along with my daily workout routine. Adrienne McDonald has been my trainer for a while now, and I have to say that she is by far the best trainer I have worked with. I’ve never really felt comfortable with most trainers, but Adrienne always makes me feel like she has my best interests and training success as her priorities. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Tim Miles and his professionalism. I was a bit nervous about going for hypnosis, but once I had my new client session, I saw how beneficial working with Tim would be. He is honest, direct, kind, and compassionate about life's woes. I have signed up for my 2nd appt in another week, but only because I could feel a real difference just after 1 session, not because Tim suggested (or pushed) it. He seems to be really concerned about people getting help.
