Bridget has been managing a multi family rental for the last few month and let me tell you... she’s the best!
I’m from California, at first I was very nervous being thousands of miles away and letting someone else take control. She’s gone above an beyond, from the first time I contacted her she was the only one from all of the other propertymanagers I called that took it upon her self to send me pictures of my property. She helped me with a non paying tenant, who is now paying on time and she helped me with getting the right people to rehab another unit.
All units are now up and running like they should be. I would definitely recommend Bridget, you won’t be disappointed.

My property was always pristine-no trash on the ground, excellent ground maintenance and snow removal. Most importantly, I always felt like I was heard, respected and my most urgent needs were addressed immediately. Top notch propertymanager!
