Sent in $198 for Newsies tour 12/23/15 . Cancelled by Captial Tours 12/17/15 left a phone message. Message said refund would be sent the next week but I had to call back to confirm that I got the message. Called back 12/18/2015 got Capital Tours voice mail. I have called repeatedly 12/31 1/9 1/11,1/13 .I have been given the following excuses: Check was sent to wrong address, will send a courier out tomorrow. Will call you tomorrow as courier got sick. Have to wait for refund on Newsies tickets. I have not gotten my refund nor have any of the promises been kept. They sure cashed my check fast enough This is the worst experience I have ever had with a tour agency
