Yoga with Camari

Because my classes are so intimate, I am better able to approach each student from where they are at that moment, on that day. My background in anatomy, physiology and kinesiology allows me to better grasp a student's issue and address it. Thanks to my teachers (and their teachers, and their teachers, etc.), my students, and my own experience and intuition, I am able to tailor the practice to the needs of the practitioner. I love having made my home studio into a peaceful, serene space where people can learn and practice. When I hear students acknowledge their increased strength, flexibility, focus and inner peace, my world simply lights up.
