Thorough as you could ask for. Plenty of photos, plenty of detail, and spent all the time needed to answer my questions. The biggest problem he found was the gas line coming to the meter, which we both didn't feel was proper and correct. That's the kind of repair a DIY guy should not do, and we started the process of asking who actually did this in the first place. If he saves me the cost of getting this gas line updated, he earned the cost I just saved and then some. You should give him a call.
