Freedom Cleaners is without a doubt top notch, their cleaner Natia was amazing and was very detailed oriented when cleaning my apartment. They responded to my last minute request on a weekend and provided services promptly. My apartment has never looked cleaner - Natia even asked if I could take a look after to make sure she didn’t miss anything - talk about quality! Would highly recommend this business!

The ladies who came to clean my home arrived later than they were supposed to. I specifically asked for a deep clean on my first floor FLOORS and Bathroom only, the baseboards and to dust the master bedroom ceiling fan. The floors and bathroom were not deep cleaned at all. The job should have been no more than $160 tops and I paid $220 for a partial cleaning. I already contacted the company and I am waiting for a refund or a re-clean as this is unexceptable. I hope the manager or owner resolves this, I will happily update and change my review if steps are taken to resolve this issue promptly.
I have updated the review to 4 stars, the manager or whomever I spoke to handled the issue of my floors and bathroom not being done promptly. They came out immediately to fix the issue. Both cleaners were nice and re-did the job properly. I am leaving my review at 4 stars in place of 5 because I had to go through all of this in the first place.
