Nick installed GFCIs on the interior and exterior of the home, exchanged a working basement ceiling light fixture for a non-working one, and a few more electrical odds-n-ends in a timely manner for a fair price. We had to reschedule our service appt. at the last minute, and he had no problem taking time out of his Saturday to accomodate us. Nick was easy to communicate with, very personable, respectful, experienced, thorough, and an expert at what he does. We even received some estimates from him for future seevices. I highly recommend Nick and NWT Services.
Frank was a little slow to respond at first as he missed my message but very responsive after that. His price was tied for the lowest out of 4 quotes for a frame-less glass shower door and install. He had better recommendations, so we chose him. The shower door looks really nice. The door is slightly higher than the glass panel, about 1/4" which isn't very noticeable. He did charge us $5 more than the original quote because both him and my wife couldn't find the copies of original quote. I didn't deduct any stars for that because I believe it was an honest mistake, and it's as much my fault for not being there at the time of install. Frank also installed the door on a Sunday for us because that was the only day our schedules lined up. Kudos for that. There's a lot of contractors I would not recommend, but I am very satisfied with Frank's work and would definitely recommend him for shower door installs.
Refrigerator Door Adjustment - James came out within minutes and was able to just the refrigerator door and explained the reason behind the problem we were having. Great job. would definitely call him again
I would rate ADRM as not just good but VERY good. Nick removed an old storm door, painted 2 exterior doors, changed door hardware. Very good results! He was friendly and polite as well. My only concern was that he was fairly laid back and did not ask me for paint colors until he arrived. I did not know what to expect! Now that I know how he operates, and since I am satisfied with the results, I would certainly hire him again.
I don’t think there are enough good things I can say about Jim and Joe. Their workmanship is meticulous, they’re punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and all-round great guys to deal with. In fact, if I could have given them six stars, I would have. I initially hired Jim and Joe to install some recessed lights in my home. I say “some”, when the reality was something in the order of 30 recessed light cans! Couple this with having to run additional power lines and several new switches (both two and three-way) and this install was a daunting task for even the most seasoned professional. But Jim and Joe were more than up for the task. Being a designer, I was very particular as to the placement of each recessed light. I made sure to mark exactly where I wanted each light to be installed (irrespective of the placement of any ceiling joists or wall studs). Not only was the workmanship impeccable, Jim and Joe installed each light exactly where I wanted it, and completed the work in what must be an absolute world record. They didn’t even flinch when at the last minute I asked them to install a new ceiling box and power line for a 120v smoke/carbon monoxide detector in my hallway. Jim and Joe’s workload quickly expanded from the recessed lighting install to the installation of all new interior doors (including several double-hung closet doors) - a total of 11 new interior doors. And as with any remodel, this job wasn’t without “extra work”, requiring building up several wall sections, and just as they had demonstrated with the recessed lighting installation, Jim and Joe’s door install was above reproach. I am so impressed with Jim and Joe with respect to both their workmanship and as individuals, that I have already booked them to perform even more work at my home early in the coming new year.
Matt did a really nice job for us on creating a walk in pantry out of an existing hallway. It required moving an existing door for the bathroom to the other wall, closing off that doorway, and closing off the hallway with a new wall. After a coat of paint, unless you knew the floor plan for the house prior to the new pantry, you would never know that hallway existed, or the bathroom door used to be on the opposite side. Very nice job, reasonably priced. Thanks Matt.
Hector's expertise was extremely helpful when he first consulted with us about the job. He had great ideas that we would not have thought of on our own. We had some exposed aggregate decorative work done on our driveway and walkway to our front door. Hector suggested lights in the concrete along both and it looks incredible. Very happy with the results! Will be using his services again in the spring in the backyard!
Had a bi-fold closet door repaired and a ceiling fan replaced. They were on-time, finished both projects in time quoted. Very polite and did a great job. Clean-up was perfect and old fan was removed from home. I was very pleased with Charles and his helper. Would definitely hire again for other projects
We were looking for someone to install a solid core slab door into an existing frame. Kent did a great job of trimming and fitting the door perfectly! He is an excellent carpenter with great attention to detail. We highly recommend him.
I had Classic Carpentry put in a exterior door and storm door 36" x 80" into an opening that was much smaller. While the door was being built a deck was also bei g installed. It is so beautiful, just love it. He did a wonderful job and i could not be happier. No negatives at all.
Mike was such a nice guy, he was so professional, explained every step he was doing while installing our liftmaster garage door opener and the price was great. Mike responded right away for service and very prompt, I would definitely recommend him to everyone out there looking for a company that's not going to charge you an arm and a leg and who's a pleasure to work with. Thanks again Mike🙂
when we posted on this site the first person to respond was Mr. Sandercott of Jam Restorations. he prompt response to our add was very impressive. when David came to our home he was very attentive to what we were trying to achieve and what we wanted as the end finished product. keeping in mind that we had (3) prior contractors come out and never even gave us a call back after leaving. David not only returned our call after leaving but had a quote for us the same day WOW.. Needless to say we signed our contract with Jam Restorations the following day. clear wording and easy to follow contract. David provided a start and finish date for us off we went. we hired Jam restorations to do the following work for us, trim (11) windows, (5) doors entire second and third floor as well as our stair case, (3) closets in and out as well as switching out and rehanging the (5) doors. David and his company not only met our expectations but exceeded them so much that we actually asked him to return to complete our first floor living quarters. David and his employees were nothing but professional and considerate of our time table and work schedule. I have had several neighbors come into my home to see his work and they were just as equally impressed as we were. we would Highly recommend him to others, a contractor who answers all of his calls and or gets back to your calls within 5 minutes... actively using jam restoration for other carpentry finishing work in my home. Thank You Mr. Sandercott for your excellent work, detail to finish and professionalism.
I had my entire first floor updated and Nick and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! I had my kitchen, bathroom, wood floors, moldings, doors, carpet, and paint. It feels like I have a new house! Nick is an outstanding young man and an extremely hard worker!!!
I had Louie come put up some very expensive crown molding in my living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Louie cut's his corners with a hand saw of some type. One end of the cut is a straight cut up against the wall and the intersecting piece has the detail of the profile cut out so the pieces interlock. I never seen anything like it but Louie told me trim is supposed to be cut this way so the joints never pop open over time. I had a small area where he put in new molding at the floor and he cut it the same way. I own a miter saw and can cut two angles to make boards fit together but Louie is a true craftsman and his work is remarkable! I would suggest Sentry Construction to anyone and have already done so. My mother is very happy with her new front door Louie put in also.
This guy does a great job, and gets the job done quickly. No waiting or wondering if he's going to show up or finish the job. I had him install a garage ceiling and heater, and was so impressed I recently had him install a back sliding door on the back of my house. I highly recommend accurate home improvements.
Very experienced in door installation. Print and quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Russ and his company.
I've hired Top Jimmy Construction to handle many projects over the years. Mike has personally handled 2 of my rental units, my house and even my mother's home. There have been a wide array of projects that he has handled... Two full kitchen remodels (cabinets counters, and floors), tile work in utility rooms and a Florida room. Interior molding/trim/door work. External entryway replacement, plus various electrical and plumbing projects. Not only has he done excellent work, he is dependable! I, have dealt with numerous contractors over the years, I go back to Top Jimmy Construction almost on the communication alone. The reasonable rates really make repeat business a no-brainer!
We had a door installed by Ryan and the work is excellent. He is a very nice person to work with.
Tony repaired a damaged door jamb.. He was very thorough and explain how to achieve the best option for the least amount of money. You never find that with contractors these days.. I also appreciated how personable he was. I would use him for future projects.. Thank you Cutting EDGE!
Keith has installed French doors to update the look of my patio, and turned a 10×12 bedroom into a beautiful walk-in closet. Aal while maintaining a professional attitude and having to constantly manuever around my dogs while he was trying to work.
My work is backed up by years of experience in installing doors. I take pride in putting attention to detail into my work...no customer will be left unsatisfied.
