- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates! We also do have discounts for seniors and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by adding you to our system and scheduling your appointment. Our technician will come out for free to look at your problem, give you an estimate, then as long as you approve the work, the technician can generally get started right then.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our General Manager has been in the business for 20 years and has expert knowledge in drain clearing.
