- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE complementary service Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) where we can look at what a family is currently doing and based on the goals and dreams they have for the future develop a game plan that if they follow help them get there. And of course we are there to hold their hand all along the way. Clients for life:) We are confident that if we can do better than what their currently doing based on the FNA we can earn the clients business most times this is using the money they are already spending at even at lesser cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak to individual personally on a one on one knee cap to knee cap basis to get to know the individual and learn about what their care and concerns are then see if we can work out a best case solution for them most times using monies they are already spending.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Doing what I do for more than 10 years just teaching families common sense basics easy to understand practices of how money works 101 and what make what we do different from the industry is we provide a complete financial solution in all areas not just one we do a complete package. My self and my partners are licensed in every area of the financial industry which allows us to help everyone from every background we specialize in working with middle income America which we feel has been neglected by the financial industry
