- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I teach for an hour and sometimes it's a bit longer. You cannot teach anyone guitar in 30 minutes. That time would just fly by. You need an hour to get set up and actually learn something.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always bring a lesson plan for that lesson and leave a copy with the student. We follow the lesson plan but I answer questions when asked. Sometimes we don't get through the lesson but that's OK because I cover a lot in my lessons. You still learn a lot if we don't get all the way through the lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned how to play the guitar several years ago. My initial lessons were from buying a course from a website but I have a background in music so I picked it up quite rapidly. I now play along with over 750 songs!
