Responsive initially, came out to house and looked at work needed (exterior door replacement, new interior door, electrical work, plumbing work, tile work.. basically thousands of dollars of work for multiple projects). Jacob seemed knowledgeable and willing to do work. Stated he would provide quote the next day. No quote..called and he stated he was waiting on feedback for door cost. Now two weeks later, no updates, no response to additional text or any update on quote etc. Have now stopped trying to contact. Gave 3 stars because of initial response and given current Covid environment it possibly could be other reasons I have received zero contact.
