What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer discounts to recurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the client to find out their needs exactly. When I arrive we go over exactly what changes they would like to see. I make a suggestions based on input. They either agree or disagree and I go from there. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
House cleaning has always been a passion of mine. I’m a bit of a protectionist, and enjoy clean uncluttered spaces! I find joy in being able to provide that to my clients.
