Aramist and her cleaning team showed up on time and ready to work. They were great at communicating with me throughout the process and got the job done right away. They worked diligently performing all of the tasks that I had given them to the best of their ability. It was a tough job, 4 bedroom/1.5 bath hardwood floors throughout, but they pulled it off. I would most definitely use them and their services again, as well as recommend them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new client I like to get as much information about the home as possible. I will then schedule a walk though, where the client and I will go over a check list of tasks that should be done every clean, as needed, and things to tackle as time permits. I will then get them on my schedule. I try to stick with a day or time frame that works best for the client. Lastly we come and clean!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a bigger business and hated the way they operated and how I was being treated as an employee. I was determined to give my clients the best cleanings at affordable rates!
Dealing with people and giving a service you need to be personal with people make them feel like people and not just business.
