- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs and goals. We then assess the project or repair, provide a detailed estimate, and review timelines and expectations. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time and keep the customer informed throughout the process. After completion, we ensure everything meets our quality standards and the customer’s satisfaction.
