I had a plumbing issue for a month. The first company I called was terrible in their response time. Purity Environmental was great when I called them. We set up a day and time to check out my issue. Steve finished his first job early and contacted me right away to see if I was available for an earlier appointment. He came over quoted me a better price than my first company, went to HomeDepot for parts and completed the job all before our original appointment time. He was fast, friendly and efficient. My only con was they take cash or check only but I suggested that they start using SQUARE for customers that prefer to use a credit card. Still I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Orlando responded first, stopped by for a review/quote same day. One can tell he has extensive plumbing knowledge and adviced what was the correct and most cost effective method for the job. Shopped around, and his quote was very reasonable. During the actual work he found a cheaper solution for the larger job and ended up revising his final costs to be even more less!! Can't ask for more than that in a world where taking is more than giving...will be using him for future repairs and referrals. Appreciate it Orlando!

I am a first time thumbtack user and will be a repeat user. I made a request for a plumber to contact me regarding frozen pipes in a crawl space...house has boiler baseboard heating, so as you can imagine this meant no heat or water until it was thawed. I used a torpedo heater in the crawl to thaw the plumbing out and ended up with a muddy river in the crawl. Robert Burns was the 1st person to respond with a very reasonable rate which I knew would probably be adjusted after seeing the job. Mr. Burns responded in a timely manner and was more than fair on the quote to pump out over a foot of water out of about a 600 sq ft crawlspace and then go down and make repairs to burst pipes in a cold, wet and muddy crawlspace. The job turned out to be more than we expected, as when we got the plumbing going we still had to contend with the boiler, but he stayed at it until he got it up and running and had our water and heat back on. I completely agree with the other reviews in that he is a very hard worker and you more than get your moneys worth...not very many would do this and if they did they would charge an arm and a leg. Thank you Robert for the hard work.
