- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing should not be standard in this type of business with too many variables i.e..size 7'- 8'- 9' ect.. Bar box ,showpiece,antique,furniture style... and any other services that may be required
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure they are informed on the service they are acquiring Affordable billiards specializes in pool tables and game room equipment were not "movers" or "handymen" we try to set up a scheduled appointment that works for you and to make sure you are satisfied with the job once completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 + years experience in the pool table business mostly hands on I have assembled billiard tables and applied team logos at 2 of largest campus stores in Michigan ,I have moved assembled and recoverd showpiece and various antique billiards and snooker tables I also was the lead installer for a large franchise company for 9 years until decided to start my own billiard service company in 2013
