Price was good, but you get what you pay for. Stay away. They told me they'd be at my house at 9, never showed up that early. They told me the job would take 6-8 hours, they were here over 10 hours three first day and didn't finish. I had to help them frame in a portion of my roof because they weren't doing it correctly. They were using 2x4s instead of 2x6s to frame a section of flat roof where they removed an old skylight I didn't want. The second day they didn't contact me until noon and I fired them to go with another company. I'm out about 900 with a flat roof that is now in worse shape than it was originally. They used rubber torchdown on a flat roof with a silver coating. The other company I spoke with said this is definitely wrong.

Details: Flashing needs to be repaired or replaced • Interior (attic or ceiling) water stains or leaks • I'm not sure, I need a professional's help to identify problems • Two-story building • Mostly flat with some steep areas • 11 - 20 years old • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Residential
