I work at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History. We do many public progdFirst, I only use and recommend Kaleidoscope Catering. The company has great tasting food, wonderful service, reasonable prices, and they are clean! Guests ask for take-home plates whenever there is anything left. The people to whom I him to praise, his food and service. Moreover, he provides unbelievable specialty baked goods, such as his chocolate chip cookies and the extraordinary slot machine birthday cake that he created for my mother . She said she would never forget it. Whenever I need a caterer, which is often, I choose Kaleidoscope.

I used kaleidoscope to cater my wife's 40th birthday party. They were all fantastic! Brandon was a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating. Even surprising me with a couple items that I had cut for budget purposes. The food was excellent and the presentation left nothing to be desired. They were prompt and prepared in setting up, and did a great job of cleaning up throughout the party. There was a staff member there (Art) that tended to the food and assisted Brandon, and we also had a wonderful bartender. (Sonia) I will definitely use them again and would recommend their spot on, friendly, and accommodating service. Thanks Brandon for making Jane's party memorable!

I used Kaleidoscope catering for me and my partners launch event. Brandon was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He assisted us in tailoring our menu,arrived promptly for set-up up and was super speedy in cleaning up the day of. The food was amazing! We got so many compliments about how much they enjoyed the hors d'oeuvres. I would recommend Kaleidoscope Catering for any event. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Kaleidoscope Catering has very competitive pricing. I definitely would say we are one if not the most reasonable in the Metro Detroit and surrounding areas. We try to work with every budget. Our price points vary from $5 per person and can go as high as $100 per person and above. It just depends on what the client wants. We want to transform your party into an event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter what a client will ALWAYS speak with me. I want a potential client to feel they are getting a personable interaction. I want to gather as much information about their event first so I can properly quote them the best price possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Schoolcraft College where I had the privilege to be trained by many Master Chefs and wonderful culinarians. I also did an internship at Walt Disney World as well as traveled all over the US and outside of the country to experience different cultures and food.
