Great experience working with 2614 Appliance Repair. Prompt response to a request for service, came out the next day and accurately diagnosed the problem with a leaking fridge, ordered the part, and came back the next day and installed it. If I could give 100 stars I would. After a very stressful and anxiety ridden 6 days dealing with Lowes and their lack of customer care. I decided to use Thumbtack to hire a professional to install my gas oven. With in minutes of me submitting my work order 2614 Appliance Repair called me. I was told someone would be out today by 7 pm to help me and install my gas oven and that they were there to make this easy for me. I was sent a text when they were on the way. Arrival was prompt, installation went fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and had a wonderful personality. I was more then impressed with with how easy the install went. I now finally have peace of mind and can go back to cooking meals instead of eating out. I will 100% use 2614 Appliance Repair for all future appliance installs or repairs.
