Justin and Kyle were very personable, did very forthcoming with information about how they were going to clean my carpet. They worked very efficiently together, and I loved that when they were finished they said it would only be about three hours before the carpet was dry. I had several pet stains, and it had been a while since the carpet was last cleaned, but it came out looking beautiful. I will definitely be using Royal Carpet Restoration again.
