They took the time to listen to my concerns and customize their approach to best tackle the stubborn stains and grime that had accumulated over the years. The transformation was nothing short of miraculous! The balconies, balconies furniture and patio now look brand new, sparkling clean and free from all dirt and mildew. It’s incredible how much brighter and inviting the entire area looks. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly sets them apart. D&D’s did the best they could do with what type of stains and the conditions the carpet was in. I knew all stains weren’t going to be completely magically erased due to how old the stains were and the conditions of the carpet. I’m not a hard critic and I’m very understanding. So I will say I’m satisfied with the results. Anyone who books for carpet cleaning. I recommend D&D’s carpet cleaning. Hard working professionals who responds timely and arrived on time.
