I didn't choose responsiveness only because another garage door repairman responded before Aman but we went with Aman, who responded later and was available first (we needed an immediate repair). Aman did respond within four hours of my Thumbtack request so that's really great turnaround time. I can't comment on value because I've never had a garage door repaired and didn't get prices from other repairman but it seemed very reasonable considering we had our fix by the end of the day.
