I appreciate how hard he worked to fix my closet, considering it gave him such a hard time. He didn’t give up, and he kept trying and even came back a second time until he got it right. I appreciate it that he also took the time to explain everything along the way, so as to make sure I understand what the problem was and the solutions that he was coming up with to find one that works.
