I was happy that I continued to read all Paula’s Cleaning reviews and did not stop on the first ones. As they say, you cannot make everyone happy and I also like how professional Paula answered her reviews. Paula’s team came to my house today and did an EXCELLENT job. I have a full-time job and 2 kids. I absolutely have no time to spend on the weekends cleaning. Therefore, my house has been ignored for a while. It totally makes sense that the initial cleaning should cost more because it takes extra time. I had 3 very professional girls and very friendly, working nonstop in my house for almost 3 hours. They detailed every room as Paula told me they would, even changed all the sheets and made all the beds. Loved it! I have not had a such a clean house in a long time. It was the best investment to start the year and I hired Paula’s team to clean my house in a regular basis since I very much need the help and I felt so comfortable with the whole team. Paula called me while her team was here and also texted me before they were done to make sure I was happy. I was very impressed with customer service. Very personal, trustworthy and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You will not regret.

This was my first time hiring Paula's Cleaning Service and I am VERY pleased! Paula was very good at keeping in communication with me as to when she would have an opening, when the cleaning crew would arrive, how long it would take to clean, etc. The cleaning crew arrived and got right down to business and when they finished, my house looked fresh and clean. I will definitely use this service again!

Paula's girls have cleaned my house twice now, taking my overly due for a clean house and turning it into a sparkling masterpiece. They are also very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

Paula is an excellent communicator. She also has a very experienced leader for her cleaning team who speaks English and provides directions for the others. All are pleasant and efficient. They clean places my previous cleaning person never did. I am very happy with their work.
