We offer on-site estimates FOR FREE! We offer discounts for customers who pay in cash. We can quote you with the price of materials included in the final total or the customer can choose to pay for materials themselves.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new customer is making contact and putting a name with a face, we love meeting our customers! Next, we like to visit the job-site to get a visual and better understanding of the work needed to be done, and in what way to advise our customer. After that we would come up with an honest and fair estimate on the work to be done. Then, if the customer feels comfortable with us and the price, we would make it official via a work order. And finally, we would start and finish the work, leaving the customer completely satisfied and left saying "Wow".
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work with family and for a general contractor. From there I worked for various companies over time, gaining experience and knowledge of the craft.
