- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the complexity of the makeover. I have 3 outstanding makeovers that you will love. 1. ) Basic Look- includes eyeshadow highlight and color on lid, Blush, lip liner, lipstick and natural brow and light concealer $50.00 this look takes about 20-30 minutes. min-1hr. 2.) Step up look- this look is slightly bolder this look includes all of the basic look plus natural contouring and highlighting all over the face and winged eyeliner and concealer for heavy scaring and or darkness under eye or skin $60.00 this look takes about 50 min-1hr. 3.) Platinum- this look is all that and more!!! You get all of the basic and step up look up false lash application, arched eyebrows, contoured nose slimming, bold contoured cheeks and highlighting, bold lip choice of umbrae lip and smokey eyes and any type of concealing if needed $70.00 with this package. I also have several package deals for 2-6 clients starting at $100.00- $260.00 .... I also offer a 10% off discount off your next visit and 20% off one service for any referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would introduce myself and give my background information. I would like to briefly get to know my client and collect as much information as possible to complete the desired makeover. Answer any questions that the client may have. Set a location and a date and quote my price and seal the deal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked at several major corporations within the cosmetic industry. Ive trained and worked for Clinique for over two years and Carols Daughter for three years. I've also had the pleasure of working with Bobbi Brown, Estée Lauder, Clarins, Sheshido, Elizabeth Arden, Derma-blend, Lancome and several other lines.
