I like to set up a appointment that work for the customer to talk in person and show photos of the causes of they’re roof issues and then set a estimate price then if hired we set a appointment to get the job completed If not able to do same day due to need to get materials or doesn’t fit customer scheduled document every step of process for customer to have proof and be involved
