- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try not to price projects using standard per square feet as no two jobs are truly alike, we instead base pricing off of an estimated amount of time the project will take, this is also extremely helpful when giving an estimated amount of time the project will take to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will thoroughly look over the proposed project, after that we generally will give you an approximate price at that time with no pressure to commit, we will then send you via email a detailed quote within 24 hrs, we like to give our customers time to make their final decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed Residential Building Contractors with close to 20 years experience in the construction industry.
