He was thorough and it’s so nice that they don’t charge until they do work. Thought that was the case, he was very thorough, and would’ve done more if given the access. TL:DR Beeline was excellent!
Had a leak and slow draining, but neither was an emergency. Reached out to Beeline on Labor Day and they got back to me early the following day.
That day Brandon came out, took a look and gave me a number of options and price points. My wife and I settled on one to replace the utility tub and then jet out the line that connected up to the main drain.
Brandon got the utility sink and the pipes replaced before 5PM and did a little cabling to make sure everything was useable as the jetting wasn't getting done until the next day.
That following day Blake was out with the jetter and everything drained much more quickly.
Both Blake and Brandon were excellent and friendly! I'm grateful that Beeline got my problem solved so quickly!
