I worked with Max. He explained everything in great detail, well enough for someone who doesn’t know plumbing to understand. He was thorough and it’s so nice that they don’t charge until they do work. Thought that was the case, he was very thorough, and would’ve done more if given the access. Had a good experience with Beeline, they were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and got a technician over in a timely manner. Blake Mendez the technician that showed up was professional and clearly explained how he would fix our plumbing issue and at the end, showed me what was causing our plumbing issue. Highly recommend!

TL:DR Beeline was excellent!
Had a leak and slow draining, but neither was an emergency. Reached out to Beeline on Labor Day and they got back to me early the following day.
That day Brandon came out, took a look and gave me a number of options and price points. My wife and I settled on one to replace the utility tub and then jet out the line that connected up to the main drain.
Brandon got the utility sink and the pipes replaced before 5PM and did a little cabling to make sure everything was useable as the jetting wasn't getting done until the next day.
That following day Blake was out with the jetter and everything drained much more quickly.
Both Blake and Brandon were excellent and friendly! I'm grateful that Beeline got my problem solved so quickly!

The Master Plumber showed up on time and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. We walked the whole job down and instead of one estimate, they produced multiple estimates in which I was able to choose which one I wanted to go with. It wasn't just a quick estimate, the technician went through each estimate and explained everything. Being a first time customer they also offered a 10% savings. For families that need it, they offer multiple finance options. Overall, I reached out to multiple contractors for this job and chose Beeline Plumbing for there knowledgeable technician and overall final price for this job.
