Molding or baseboards,
I was extremely happy with Jack's work today on my bi-fold pantry door. He had to go to Home Depot to get new parts, which were much more sturdy than the original ones. He did an excellent job. My door is better than when it was first installed. Jack is a Very nice person and I will defiantly call him again when I need a handyman. I give him a 10+ on all categories.Aug 10, 2018Verified
Rick was a great handyman to work with. Very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely work with him again - thank you Rick:)!Aug 13, 2018Verified
Rick is the best handyman, ever. Extremely professional and so honest. He actually purchased a part that was needed for a job; and included it within the price at no extra charge! He told me that he had to talk to me for about 15 minutes about current and future repairs; and didn't feel that it was right to charge me for that time?! Incredible!Jul 12, 2018Verified
Responded right away. I had a small job for him, which he didn't mind. Pleasant and easy to work with. Reasonable charge.Mar 9, 2019Verified
Rick explained the problem and was very efficient in fixing it. Working with him was very nice experience.Jul 13, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My fees vary depending on what services I am providing. I price by the hour. You pay only for the actual time it takes to do the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I like to communicate with the customer up front. This would occur by either pictures and texts or in person depending on the size of the project. This interaction would result on a written statement of work to be done. This makes the objectives and costs clear to both of us. We then agree on a start date and a timeline. Then work can begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As I stated above, I have years of on the job training. Much of it by professional contractors.
