- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees vary depending on what services I am providing. I price by the hour. You pay only for the actual time it takes to do the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to communicate with the customer up front. This would occur by either pictures and texts or in person depending on the size of the project. This interaction would result on a written statement of work to be done. This makes the objectives and costs clear to both of us. We then agree on a start date and a timeline. Then work can begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I stated above, I have years of on the job training. Much of it by professional contractors.
