Yan and his wife were great at communicating and answered all of our questions quickly. We had TYP replace the tile floor in our shower. Yan and his crew were very professional, they covered all of our floors with protective paper/plastic before working and asked us to look at his work when done to see if we had any concerns or questions. Yan and his team did a great job of removing the old tile carefully so as not to damage the tile walls. Our new tiled floor looks great!!! It was nice to find a contractor willing to do a smaller job and for a reasonable price. We will use TYP again for any future flooring needs.

We recently worked with TYP on our kitchen remodel project. They removed and installed new backsplash for us. They did an amazing job and were very nice to work with. Very particular about their work and took the time necessary to make sure that we were very happy with the outcome. True artistry with their craft and I strongly endorse them for future projects. I loved that they were a small family business and they provided competitive pricing and really seemed to care about our satisfaction with their work.

We had TYP Construction re-tile a table top that was damaged in a move. He did a wonderful job. The table looks great!! I would definitely hire him again.
