I was thinking we would need to empty the basement before he could do any work, but he said he would take care of moving everything around, which meant we could start sooner.
He was professional and friendly, and a real pleasure to work with. And it looks beautiful! Highly recommend!

I have called and texted numerous times trying to get answers. On May 27, I was told the materials had been ordered and that the work would begin by the beginning of June. On June 17, I was told they were working on determining an installation timeframe. Then, on July 16, after trying to reach him again, I was told that his projects were backed up, that the summer had been a mess, and that the materials were on back order. I was asked to forgive the inconvenience and told I would be kept updated.
That was the last time I heard from him.
It is now August, and I have paid for a service that has still not been completed. The biggest issue is not simply the delay—it is the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability after taking my money. I should not have to repeatedly call and text just to find out what is happening with a project I have already paid for.
I understand that businesses can experience material delays and scheduling issues. However, customers deserve honest communication, reasonable updates, and, most importantly, the work they paid for.
At this point, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I paid for flooring months ago, and I still have no flooring and no clear timeline for when the job will actually be completed.
