This rental property was admittedly gross. This is why I was OK paying extra after she had had seen the place and increased her price. They did a good surface clean but not the deep clean I was needing and expecting. From the very beginning of our conversation I told her I needed all the walls and windows cleaned thoroughly to get as much of the smoke smell and grime off the walls before I painted. I was as clear and specific as possible and it was still neglected. Afterwards, when expressing my disappointment, she said house cleaners don't do that kind of work (which I know is not true, and my needs were clear). If she didn't want to get into washing walls she should not have taken this job. She apologized for our disappointment but did not offer any remediation. Her crew was friendly and likeable but sadly we will still have to finish the job ourselves. I would not hire them again.

We have worked with Marceli for over 10 years. Having 3 kids and 2-3 dogs, I couldn’t have done life without her. She has become like family to us. She is trustworthy and a hard worker and a good human being. She is flexible and accommodating. I’d highly recommend her services!
