Adam completed a project in our garage that needed to be finished immediately. He squeezed us in after his work day and was able to patch a hole in the sheetrock. Knowledgeable about our City codes he completed the job in two evenings. I was impressed with his helping me out but also making it work with his family!

Adam did a great job replacing my deck boards with new treated lumber. The materials he used and the quality of his work was excellent. Adam did a thorough job of clean up at the end and his price was lower than all the other bids I received.

Adam Brouwer Construction completed phase two of a renovation at Lake Grace Pavilion for the Jonathan Association in September of 2016. The project has received excellent feedback from residents and a favorable article was published in the Chaska Herald. The project was completed on time and at budget; however, what really impressed us was the responsiveness of Adam and his crew. I have no reservations in recommending this company.

Adam is an awesome contractor! I have worked with Adam on various projects both in my home, at a rental property I own and properties I acquire to flip. I am a perfectionist so it has been really nice to work with someone who is the same. Adam is very responsive and pays attention to the details of the project at hand. Adam has done many projects with me... from small jobs such as installation of landscape lighting, insulating floors and attics to large projects such as a remodel of a family townhome for resale, the remodel of a master bedroom and bath in my Bearpath home, and the construction of two new double car garages at a rental duplex in St. Louis Park. In addition, Adam is one of the nicest guys you will get to meet and you will really enjoy working with him.
