Introduction: I learned to cook in my mother's kitchen in the 1950's and '60's. I carry all of her recipes with me today that she kept on 3x5 index cards. As an adult, I traveled the world as a global radio executive. I was privileged to dine in on some of the finest cuisine served by some of the most renowned chefs. I was never shy about asking for recipes and cooking techniques wherever I went. Over nearly 4 decades, I have learned to prepare a variety of some of the most sumptuous dishes you can imagine. Just like traveling all over the world and getting the chance to meet and work with lots of different people, such is the case with what I'm looking forward to now. By engaging my culinary services, I would sit down with you and plan a very special menu and evening when I would come into your home and prepare for you and your significant other an exquisite, romantic dinner for 2 or a small dinner party of up to 3 couples.
