Garrett was phenomenal. This guy works his tail off and is true to his word. He came several times through the week to remove piles of shrubs and two dead ash trees from my backyard. I had some way-overgrown lilacs in my backyard and really needed someone to thin them out, take out some other shrubs, and haul everything out. Garrett was prompt to set up a consultation to come see the area, chat through expectations, and give a quote. We scheduled shortly thereafter and the work looks great. He was efficient, checked in during the job to ensure he didn’t remove anything I wanted to keep, and was gracious dealing with our lot (no alley access in back, no street parking in front, and a flight of stairs to haul brush down). I had a great experience with Mark and his crew. My project was to remove a lot of old overgrown shrubs and bushes. I received a fair bid, and the work was scheduled within a couple days. The crew showed up timely, did a quality job, and cleaned up nicely when done. I've already told them I am going to hire them to do further work next spring. I would definitely recommend this company to others. UPDATE: I contacted Mark to do some tree work summer of 2022. Once again, a quick response, quality work and a fair price. This is a very professional company and Mark has excellent communication skills and does a great job. Twin Cities Tree Care is my go-to company!
