- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by size/weight and/or style of groom, condition of the coat. We do provide additional services that goes above the normal grooming process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Entering all information into our computer system. 2. Entering their pets information 3. Verifying the pets Rabies Vaccine 4. Discuss the style of groom that the client wants, any additional services, and final pricing. 5. Discuss our pick up times 6. At check we discuss how each service went, my findings and give my recommendations of how to keep pets happy and healthy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is self taught (Grooming Schools were a rarity but just coming into the picture), but has be critiqued or demonstrated by some of the top Master Groomers both Nationally and Internationally, in the art of Pet Grooming
