From start to finish my experience with Floor Coverings International of Twin Ports was 5 stars. Pete and Garret helped me choose a LVP floor that was perfect for my kitchen and complimented the wood built-ins in the dining area. The complete floor remodel transformed the house into a warm inviting space. They delivered on their promise to get the floor and carpet in on a short time table which worked nicely for us. I would highly recommend them.

I called FCI out of frustration after dealing with 2 other flooring places. I explained my need to install something that would be able to withstand extreme temperatures. Pete had a suggestion/solution & said he could be out in 3 days with samples. Being able to have the samples & Pete on site, a decision was made, questions answered, down payment completed all in about 20 minutes. The install was done 2 weeks later & Richard took his time & did a great job. The price was reasonable. Very pleased from start to finish.
