- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All rates are charged by the hour, not the job. 2 hour minimum charge: Load job 2 people $160/hr Unload Job 2 People $160/hr Load AND Unload 2 People $180/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by asking the customer what exactly they have to move and the type of job that is being completed, such as Load, Unload or both. I then discuss rates with the customer and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with previous moving companies in the past such as Atlas and Allied.
