- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our process begins with an estimate appointment and confirmation call from Janney at our office. She will also discuss your expectations and needs for your painting project. Ben our sales associate will then come to your home to provide you with a detailed and accurate estimate. At this time we answer any questions as well as leave you with a printed copy of your proposal. From the time you choose us as your painting company to your final walk through, we will be there at each step with guidance as well as updates on your project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each CertaPro painter is highly trained and skilled - we make sure the work is done professionally every time! Our painter have many years experience painting. If we have a painter with minimal experience, they are paired with an experienced painter.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. From small residential projects to large scale commercial projects. We approach every customer with the intent of making them a customer for life.
