True Beauty Program

Introduction: We empower women to love themselves, be authentic, and live their purpose in order to reach their highest potential in life! Our core program is an 8-week personal and professional development course for girls 11 to 18 years old, providing life skills to combat issues and build self-esteem, a positive body image, overall health and well-being, leadership skills, and everything else necessary to becoming strong women who will pursue their passion and purpose and accomplish the goals set for themselves. In order to achieve this, growing love for oneself is the foundation of what the program teaches. We aim to inspire and transform today's generation of girls to respect themselves, dream big, and empower others, all while providing a safe environment for them to share experiences and learn both from and alongside one another.
