I was under a very tight tomorrow to get my roof installed. I worked with Michael who was able to get me a very competitive and schedule the roof install within my timeline.The crew that installed the roof was bet efficient and professional. They my house and garage completed in only 1 day. They did a very professional job and the results were but rushed and done correctly.

Being a very cautious person when looking for someone to take on a house project. I will say from the first time we met Michael OLeary he made my husband and I very comfortable with his knowledgeable about what we were looking to do on our roof replacement. He kept in touch for the scheduling. Came out the day project was being completed to check things out. His team, you would never know they were here with how they cleaned everything up. We had a few other little projects we asked to include in our quote, without hesitation took those on. We have already recommended ISS to some neighbors. In addition to our roof he also did one of my friends around the same time. Thank you Michael and crew for making this a non event and the reasonable cost to deliver!!!

ISS was great from the start of the estimate through the completion of the installation. Michael kept was in contact with me the entire time. After it was completed I cannot tell anyone was here. Cleaner than when they started. My roof looks amazing!

These guys are the best! Working with Michael, Isaac and their team was a great experience and I highly recommend them. They are friendly, reliable, and do great work. We had hail damage to our home and needed all new siding and a new roof, and they knocked it out of the park, our home has never looked better.They worked with us every step of the way. They are very knowledgeable about the insurance process and were able to help us navigate that, which can otherwise be very confusing. They were very informative throughout the entire planning process, presenting us with options at every step that allowed us to make the decisions that were right for our home and our budget. And once the construction started, their crew was really friendly, professional, and had a real eye for detail. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We write detailed, itemized estimates so you can see exactly what you're getting with your purchase. We use professional estimating software and data-driven pricing models to dial-in our estimates and provide fair, accurate pricing for everyone.
We offer flexible payment plans with options as low as 9.99% APR or deferred payments and interest for 12 months. No prepayment penalties, ever. Subject to credit approval.
We also offer a generous cash discount for customers who choose not to finance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We start off by getting to know you and your project: things like your address, desired shingle type, known damage/leaking etc.
2. Next we set an appointment to come to your property and inspect the roof.
3. At the appointment, we'll take some measurements, and identify the scope of work needed. We always look for storm damage too, just in case there's a chance we could save you some money by going through your insurance carrier.
4. Back on the ground, we'll go over our findings with you and show you pictures of anything that's damaged or needs to be replaced.
5. We'll put together an estimate on the spot, or help you initiate an insurance claim if that's what you need. No sales pressure, we're just here to offer simple, no-nonsense solutions for your roofing needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a state-licensed general contractor. I am also a licensed insurance agent, and I spent over a decade working in the insurance industry before moving into construction. Now I use my insurance experience to help homeowners get their claims approved and negotiate for superior repairs.
