- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I estimate jobs/services by the square (100'x100'), linear ft., or sq feet. for fence installation, siding removal/installation, painting, and/or carpentry services. I keep pricing well under most companies around the metro area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give an initial rough estimate with plenty of information so they feel well informed. I like to meet with them for a free inspection of the jobsite & get to know each other on a professional friendly level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates of Arts in Business. I have about 22 years experience in the construction field. I was a foreman for a reputable construction company for 7 years.
