For handyman, the service call is $165 (covers the first 90 minutes). After that it’s $95–$110/hr. Typical flat rates: TV mounting $140–$190, faucet replacement $160–$240, toilet install $180–$250, light fixture $125–$175, small drywall patch $125–$175. Materials are billed at cost (+ small handling) with receipts. Jobs beyond 20 miles from Hopkins, MN include a $25–$45 trip fee. For house cleaning in the Twin Cities: 1bd/1ba $149–$189, 2bd $179–$239, 3bd/2ba $229–$309. Deep cleaning +40–60%. Move-in/move-out +60–80% or $0.20–$0.35/sq ft. Add-ons: oven $35–$55, fridge $35–$55, interior windows $7–$10 each. Bundle (cleaning + handyman same day) — ask for a small combo discount. Cleaning: quick chat → photos/sq ft/rooms → scope & price in writing → we bring supplies (eco-friendly on request) → walkthrough on arrival → checklist for kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas → final walkthrough. Handyman: photos/video of the issue → quick diagnosis and a price range → we grab parts or verify model/size (e.g., TV size, faucet type) → complete the work → clean up → test with you on site.

Hands-on background across home cleaning, repair, carpentry, painting, drywall, and fixture swaps (plumbing/electrical fixtures that don’t require a permit).
